For availability, dimensions, materials or further photographs, please enquire about the artwork. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a work or commit you to a purchase.
Before a purchase is confirmed, Samuel will agree the artwork, price, payment arrangements and any delivery or collection details with you. Any delivery charges and timing will be confirmed before you proceed. Follow the currency, amount and payment instructions shown on your invoice.
If a work arrives damaged, differs from its description or you have another concern, contact Samuel with the details and photographs where helpful. Any change-of-mind or commission cancellation arrangements should be agreed before purchase. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
Artwork and website images remain protected by copyright. Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer reproduction rights unless separately agreed. Please ask before reproducing images for commercial use.
